We offer senior executives and leadership teams expert coaching, trusted thought partnership, and developmental tools to help them grow and make a more meaningful impact.

Our philosophy begins with a fundamental truth: executives rarely falter because of a lack of technical or functional skill. Rather they are tested by the gray areas, such as navigating organizational change, aligning teams through ambiguity, and driving adaptive problem solving and teaming. We founded our Practice to guide leaders through these exact challenges.

We believe true Executive Effectiveness begins when leaders lead themselves with intention and then skillfully and thoughtfully lead others. We also believe Strategic Execution starts with leaders creating clarity out of complex choices and then creating momentum that scales across the enterprise.

Dante Peduzzi

Founding Partner

Using an insight-driven approach grounded in more than two decades of commercial leadership and high-stakes facilitation, Dante partners with senior executives and leadership teams to navigate complex challenges, align strategic vision, and drive decisive execution.

As a Lead Executive Facilitator and certified executive coach, Dante works with C-suite and senior leaders across market-leading global enterprises, helping high-performing leaders break through organizational boundaries, clarify critical choices, and master adaptive leadership.

His background spans enterprise strategic initiatives, commercial operations and marketing, and corporate financial advisory, giving him a pragmatic understanding of both the human dynamics and operational realities of complex, multinational organizations.

Education & credentials: BBA in Accounting and Finance, University of Houston; began his career as a CPA in corporate tax; Certified Professional Coach, iPEC; ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), specializing in Executive Leadership.

Tom Daley

Founding Partner

Using a goal-driven approach grounded in his experience as a proven business leader, Tom works with established and high potential executives to offer unbiased perspectives that improve performance and enhance their effectiveness.

Tom is a retired Deloitte Consulting partner who, since 2017, has also served as an executive coach to hundreds of aspiring and established senior leaders.

With more than 40 years of combined industry and consulting experience, he brings a holistic understanding of business operations and management. His experience spans plant engineering, manufacturing management, supply chain management, business transformation, client leadership, executive management, organizational excellence, and leadership development.

Education & credentials: BSME, Marquette University, with a minor in Business Management; APICS certified; Stanford University Supply Chain Management Executive Program; Certified Professional Coach, Rice University Doerr Leadership Institute.
